Getting to Napa Valley & where to stay
Airports
Two Bay Area airports offer easy access to Napa Valley.
San Francisco International (SFO)
Major international hub, ~75 min drive to Napa. Best for out-of-state guests.
Oakland International (OAK)
Often cheaper flights, ~60 min drive to Napa. Great Southwest Airlines hub.
Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County (STS)
Small regional airport, just 45 min from Napa. Limited flights via Alaska Airlines.
October Weather
October is one of Napa Valley's most beautiful months. Expect warm days (70–80°F / 21–27°C) and cool evenings (50–55°F / 10–13°C). Harvest season is in full swing — the vineyards are golden and breathtaking.
Pack layers for the evening reception, a light jacket, and comfortable shoes for vineyard walking.

We recommend booking early — October is peak season in Napa. Here are our favorite options:
St. Helena
Charming small town, closest to ceremony & welcome dinner venues.
Our ceremony venue. Luxury resort with stunning grounds and a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Boutique hotel on Main Street. Walking distance to restaurants and tasting rooms.
Clean and charming vintage motel with a pool. Great value in the heart of St. Helena.
Yountville
The culinary capital of Napa. Walking distance to The French Laundry (our reception venue!).
Elegant boutique hotel surrounded by vineyards with a heated pool and fire pits.
Comfortable rooms with vineyard views. Complimentary breakfast and champagne.
City of Napa
More options and nightlife. 20–30 min drive to venues via our shuttle service.
Reliable and affordable with vineyard views. Perfect if you're saving for wine!

What should I wear?
Cocktail or semi-formal attire. The ceremony is on a lawn, so we suggest avoiding stiletto heels. October evenings in Napa can be cool (50–55°F), so a light jacket or wrap is a good idea.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate guests named on the invitation. If your invitation says 'and guest,' you're welcome to bring a date!
Will there be shuttles?
Yes! Complimentary shuttle buses will run between the Archer Hotel (Napa), Meadowood (ceremony), and The French Laundry (reception). Exact times will be shared closer to the date.
Is the wedding kid-friendly?
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you a great excuse for a weekend getaway!
What about parking?
Both venues have complimentary valet parking. However, we strongly encourage taking our shuttle service so you can fully enjoy the Napa Valley wines!
Do you have a registry?
Your presence is the greatest gift! If you'd like to give something, a contribution to our honeymoon fund would be greatly appreciated. Details will be shared on the RSVP page.
What's the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by August 18, 2027 — two months before the wedding.
